Learn and apply the lessons from female leaders with the Ladies Leading Masterclass

What.

We’ve researched female leaders and determined there are core themes that have contributed to their success. We call those the Female Leadership Competencies: Self-Advocacy, Self-Awareness, Courage, Resilience, Intuition, Relationships, and Communication. These competencies can be strengthened and improved in each of us – and Ladies Leading Masterclass aims to improve your competency in each of these areas.

How.

Over the course of 8 months, we will meet virtually, bi-monthly for 90 minutes each to learn and apply the concepts of each competency. There will be challenges, homework, and reflection to help you learn, grow, and strengthen each competency. The Masterclass will function in cohort style, giving you the opportunity to meet and build relationships with other female leaders from all over the country!

The Fine Print.

Masterclass includes 16 class meetings (90 minutes each), all class handouts and materials hosted in our online classroom, and our proprietary Female Leadership Competency Assessment (taken at the beginning of the Masterclass and at completion). Registration is $475 USD.
